Post-onboarding Phase
Yes, you can decide your joining date; subject to your relieving date from current employer. However, in exceptional cases, we may want you to join as of yesterday
Typically probation is for a period of 3 months. If you are a star performer, chances are you may be confirmed earlier!
Dazework's normal salary hike period is during the month of April every year. Should you be an exceptional one, we shall revisit.
As mentioned above, salary hikes are usually during a certain period of the financial year.
Dazeworks offices are located in metro cities with easy access to public transportation facilities. Hence, we do not provide transportation for employees. However, if you work late and if your manager approves, you may avail transport facility and get it reimbursed.
